Welcome, Haere Mai 


MINDTalk is the Wellington-based private practice of Dr Philippa Croy, 

registered clinical and neuropsychologist.

 

Philippa is an experienced clinician who provides psychological support to adults with

 anxiety, depression, stress, and chronic illness.  She specialises in psycho-oncology, supporting people and their whānau throughout their cancer journey

 

Philippa has many years of experience working with neurodiverse children, and provides 

child assessments for Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder, Autism Spectrum Disorder,

and Intellectual Disability, as well as general cognitive assessments.

 




After completing my Masters in Psychology at Otago University, I travelled to England to work as a Research Fellow at a North London hospital.   I returned to New Zealand to do my doctorate and clinical training and have been practicing as a clinical psychologist since  2010.  I worked for many years in child and adult services within hospitals across the Greater Wellington Region, and am now working in private practice.

 

I am registered with the New Zealand Psychologist Board in the Clinical and Neuropsychology scope of practice.  I am a Fellow of the New Zealand College of Clinical Psychologists (FNZCCP), and a Member of Psycho-social Oncology New Zealand (PONZ).
